Get Pre-Qualified for a Loan.

View Homes and Find the One.
Technology is a great tool in your search process, but seeing a home in person is imperative. I will help point out imperfections that you may miss and will provide helpful tools to make sure the price is fair.
Submit an Offer and Negotiate With Seller.
I will use a standard state contract to specify sales price, terms, and other important conditions to write up your offer and present to the seller/ seller’s agent. If your offer is contingent on a home inspection, hire an inspector and let me help negotiate necessary repairs. It is key to follow the strict timelines throughout this process until you come to agreement.
Secure Financing.
Once you have an accepted contract, contact your lender to lock in your rate and finalize loan details. Your lender will order an appraisal, if required in your contract. The appraiser will determine the value of the home for the bank and may require some repairs to be made to the home.
Close the deal.
Get a title search. Do a final walk-through. Sign the settlement papers. Lastly, get the keys to your new home!
